Friday 30th September 2016 at 6:45pm – Interclub competition between Nelson and Sharples Wrestlers - £5 Mat Fee – ALL Wrestlers eligible to attend and take part. VENUE: Sharples Wrestling Club Top Floor YMCA, 125 Deansgate, Bolton BL1 1HA.
Saturday 8th October 2016 at 08:30am – 2016 Derbyshire Open – Team will be selected by the club coaches to represent Nelson Wrestling Club - £12 Mat Fee – VENUE: Wirksworth Leisure Centre Hannage Way, Wirksworth, Derbyshire, DE4 4JG.

Saturday 12th November 2016 at (TIME TBC) – 2016 British Senior and Junior Championships– Team will be selected by the club coaches to represent Nelson Wrestling Club - Mat Fee TBC – VENUE: Smithills Sport Centre, Smithills Dean Rd, Bolton, BL1.
Important:: The coaches will select the teams for the Derbyshire and British Opens and will look at attendance, discipline and ability as important criteria.
